As an individual with a deep-rooted passion for health science, physiology, physical therapy, physical education, and well-being, I am dedicated to utilizing health-related tools that enable people to lead more fulfilling and healthier lives.

With a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a specialized Strength and conditioning certification, I have gained extensive experience as an intern strength and conditioning trainer for a professional elite rugby team. Additionally, my personal experience as an elite amateur athlete has further solidified my understanding of physical performance and health. With over three years of experience working with diverse population groups, I have developed a holistic approach to health and physical therapy that is both effective and professional.

Driven by my passion for science and dedication to people, I founded The Lazy 8 Health and Well-being company which prioritizes the needs of individuals by providing them with the tools and knowledge required to transform their daily habits into richer and more fulfilling lives.

Passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Personal Touch. Dedicated to the art and science of strength and conditioning, I am a coach who values the human connection above all else. As an athlete myself, I have honed my skills in sports and have had the opportunity to engage with the world of sports both recreationally and professionally. As I achieved personal milestones, I realized my passion for empowering others to achieve their fitness, strength, and technique goals. My Strength and Conditioning Science degree has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to craft customized training sessions tailored to each athlete’s unique requirements. My ultimate aim is to help athletes achieve their individual objectives and elevate their overall performance. In addition to physical prowess, I prioritize the mental and personal development of my athletes. In our sessions, I emphasize the importance of discipline, motivation, confidence, and the enjoyment of the process.

My Mindset

A Motivated and Passionate Individual. In essence, I am someone who firmly believes that success is a result of surpassing one’s limits. I approach life with a great deal of enthusiasm and remain committed to achieving my objectives through relentless hard work. My background in sports has instilled an unwavering sense of discipline and focus in me, which I apply to every aspect of my life, both physically and mentally.

Get ready to boogie, sweat, and chow down because these are my hobbies! As a seasoned pro in the Latin dancing circuit, I’ve shaken my hips and twirled on dance floors across the globe. There’s nothing like feeling the rhythm and sharing that electric vibe with others while creating bold moves. When I’m not busting a move, you’ll find me in the gym, pumping iron and pushing my limits. Bring on the challenges and sweat sessions! And last but definitely not least, I’m always on the hunt for the next culinary adventure. Exploring new restaurants and savouring every bite with my loved ones is the ultimate treat.

Who Am I?

Allow me to introduce myself: I’m a passionate Physiotherapist and Sports Rehabilitator, with a degree from King’s College London and a first-class honours degree from St Mary’s University in Twickenham.

My unbridled enthusiasm for sports and movement has always been a driving force in my life. I’m a gym enthusiast, a football fanatic, and a rugby rebel. In fact, I’ve taken my love for rugby to a semi-professional level, despite going under the knife a few times to fix some boo-boos.

My own injury experiences have piqued my interest in the world of healthcare, specifically the holistic approach of healing that takes into account physical, mental, and other bio-psycho-social factors for a fully rounded recovery.
